What this service is. A small set of read-only tools that answer questions about a merchant's sales data. It is operated by Refined Solutions IT LLC, Clifton Park, NY.
What it holds today. Sample data only, generated on the server for a fictional merchant. No real merchant, customer, or cardholder data is stored or processed.
What it will hold when a real merchant is connected. Read-only access to that merchant's point-of-sale reports, authorized by the merchant, held on this server and never shared with the assistant, the assistant's provider, or any third party. Card numbers are never requested or stored. The merchant can revoke access at any time from their point-of-sale dashboard.
What we log. Request timestamps, the tool called, and its parameters, for reliability and abuse prevention. No conversation text is logged here.
